Our story
People make better healthcare decisions when they understand what’s happening. I became a physician because I wanted to care for people. Over the years, I realized that caring for people meant much more than diagnosing an illness or prescribing the right treatment. It meant helping them make sense of a healthcare system that had become increasingly complicated. I listened as patients described leaving appointments confused, families struggling to coordinate multiple specialists, and loved ones trying to remember important conversations while carrying the weight of fear, uncertainty, and exhaustion. Too often, people weren’t just battling a medical condition—they were trying to navigate a system that felt overwhelming at the very moment they needed clarity the most. I kept asking myself one question: Who helps patients navigate all of this? That question became Solenne. Not another healthcare provider. Not another opinion. A trusted guide. Someone who helps patients and families understand what’s happening, asks the right questions, keeps everyone connected, and confidently navigates every step of the healthcare journey. Because no one should have to figure out healthcare alone. Everything I’ve built—from Vitality to Solenne—comes back to that belief. You don’t empower people by taking control. You empower them by giving them understanding.
